These terms apply to rental of items and services from Vatika Tent House. By placing an enquiry or order with us, you agree to the following.
Bookings & Availability
- All items are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Prices, delivery charges and availability are confirmed at the time of enquiry and may change based on quantity, dates and location.
- A booking is confirmed only after we acknowledge it and any advance (if applicable) is received.
Rental Period
- Rental charges are based on the agreed period. Extra days may attract additional charges.
- Items must be returned or made available for pickup at the end of the agreed period.
Care, Damage & Loss
- Rented items remain the property of Vatika Tent House at all times.
- The customer is responsible for the items during the rental period. Damage or loss beyond normal use may be charged at repair or replacement cost.
Delivery
- Delivery and pickup are available in selected areas of Gurugram. Charges depend on location and order value.
- Free delivery applies on billing above ₹4000, subject to area.
Cancellations
Please inform us as early as possible for any change or cancellation. Advance amounts, where applicable, may be adjusted or retained depending on notice given.
